This is a step up from the 360 complete. The 9595 gives a very quick smooth shave. I especially notice how easily it cuts through stubble without feeling at all harsh - I have very sensitive skin. It feels very robust and the new head pivots a lot more than the 360. I am very impressed and the service from shavers.co.uk as always was excellent.
I must say i have used braun electric shavers all the time but the 9595 is the best and smoothest shave i have ever had from a braun shaver. Just to add coupled with the service you have from the best service that you get from shavers.co.uk you cannot fault for any thing.
