Good ordering and delivery experience but razor broke within 72 hours of receipt. Already sent back for repair but in my view i should have been offered either a refund or a like for like brand new replacement. Not satisfactory to expect a customer to pay almost £150 for a product, have it fail so quickly, and then be expected to wait for a repair with no offer of compensation.
After nearly five years the trusty Braun Series 3 was really starting to creak, even though I got it and the replacement foils from Shavers.co.uk. It had been a reliable travelling companion for much of that time as work took me constantly around Europe, but at no time did it run out of charge or fail to deliver a good shave. So it was time for an new shaver, and thanks to the excellent deals that Shavers.co.uk are able to offer I was able to make the leap to the Series 7 with its clean and charge station. Dead simple to setup and has already shown itself to be a real improvement in speed, noise and results than its forebear.
I ordered 'Next working day delivery' on a Friday afternoon, so realistically expected it to arrive the following Tuesday. In any event, it arrived a day later on Wednesday. It wasn't a major problem and given the lockdown situation, it was forgivable. I made a mistake when I ordered the shaver, as I was under the mistaken impression the 'trimmer' facility was for hair, as had been the case with my recently discarded Braun; in fact, it was for sideburns and/or moustache! That was my mistake and perhaps Braun should be clearer in their description. All that said, I have used the shaver, it is brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either the razor or Shavers to anyone considering buying an electric shaver.
