Fully satisfied after just two shaves but have not used the cleaner yet.

Have had this shaver for only a few days and have only used it once. Wanted to see how it coped with a 3 day growth. No problem at all. Have been using a rotary shaver for as long as I can remember until my brother recommended this one. Now I won't be using a rotary again, this one is much closer, leaves the skin smooth. I suppose the only disadvantage is that it is rather noisy compared to a rotary.

I give it 80% because I don't have anything to compare it to!

This is my first expensive electric shaver for quite some time so I have nothing to compare it to except my cheap Philips One blade. I chose this one as it is generally reviewed as giving the closest shave and as long as you don't have sensitive skin is the one to go for. Well, it does give a nice close shave - and I may have slightly more sensitive skin than I thought! :D First shave, I definitely applied a bit too much pressure and although I didn't have any red marks I did have a little bit of a sting on my face for a few hours! The shave however was very close, and my wife appreciated it! Like other reviews have mentioned, it is a bit tricky doing the chin area, I did get a little cut on my chin - probably from pushing too hard and probably having bad technique. I also had one sideways hair on my neck which the shaver simply could not get with an up and down motion, but I found that the best thing to do is to simply shave against the grain of that particular hair and it catches it straight away. 2nd shave this morning, but only my mustache area as that's really what I bought it for as I shave that area everyday. I used what I'd learnt from my previous mistakes and this time had no stinginess. I've found for me, going against the grain with this works great, I apply barely any pressure and I'm able to get a great shave on my mustache with no irritation. I don't do the chin, neck or rest of face more than a couple of times a week but I expect I will get on much better with my chin now that I know what I'm doing. So, so far so good. Ofc take my review with a pinch of salt as I have little experience with high end shavers, but I'm really happy with the results on my mustache area. Oh, and also, the price of £109.99 was miles better than any other vendor. Amazon were £50 more, so I think it's a pretty good deal. Packaging and delivery were spot on.
